About The Owner
Hi. My name is James, and I am the owner/operator of J & E Cigars. I believe that every cigar is a chance to create a memory. We give cigars as gifts to celebrate many things: coming of age, being married, having a baby, getting a job, making a deal, retiring, reaching a goal or anniversary.
